We're also transparent about how we're paid, we receive commission from lenders when we successfully introduce a client, and we'll always disclose this as part of the process.

With hire purchase, you pay fixed monthly instalments over an agreed term and own the asset outright at the end, either automatically or after a small final payment. It's the most straightforward structure and works well when you want to keep the asset long-term and build it into your balance sheet.

With leasing, you effectively rent the asset for a fixed period and return it at the end, or sometimes have the option to extend or upgrade. Leasing typically means lower monthly payments and makes it easier to upgrade to newer equipment at the end of the term, which is why it's popular for technology and vehicles.

There are also tax differences between the two structures. We'll talk you through which option suits your situation based on your cash flow, your plans for the asset, and your accounting preferences, there's no one-size-fits-all answer.
